What is EMQ Send’s “RESEND” function?

EMQ SEND’s Resend function is a SECOND chance for you to correct your recipient details with NO extra fee charged. Below is the comparison per payout options and what can be changed:

a. Cash Pickup 1. Can correct or change recipient name 2. Can correct or change recipient phone number

b. Bank 1. Can correct or change recipient name 1. Can change recipient bank


How many times can I resend my transfer?

You can only send once per transfer.


Until when do I need to submit my resend details?

From the time your transfer has failed, you have 24 hours to submit your resend details.


How long do I have to wait for my transfer to be resent?

Bank to bank- within 1-2 working days Cash pickup- within 1 working day


Will my quoted exchange rate (original exchange rate) change when I resend my transfer?

You will keep the original exchange rate when you made your transfer.


How do I use the RESEND function?

a. Cash Pickup 1. IN TRANSIT- Click “CANCEL MY TRANSFER", and wait for “EDIT & RESEND” button. 2. TRANSFER FAILED- Click “EDIT & RESEND” button and fill in the correct recipient details.

b. Bank 1. IN TRANSIT- Please wait for bank feedback. 2. TRANSFER FAILED- Click “EDIT & RESEND” button and fill in the correct recipient details.


What if my RESEND has failed?

Please proceed to REFUND your transfer.
