Who has access to my personal information?

Only authorized EMQ SEND staff have access to your personal information for the purpose of completing your requested transfer.


Do you keep a record of my transfer?

Per regulatory requirement, we maintain a record of every transfer for seven years after business relationship is terminated.


How can I enable screenshot ?

For privacy reasons, we disabled screenshot by default. To allow EMQ SEND app to get a screenshot: 1. Click "MORE" 1. Click Security (lock icon) 1. Look for screenshot toggle button 1. Toggle to the right to enable screenshot.
