How does EMQ SEND work?

Through our partnership with major banks, convenience stores, and money service operators, we are able to transfer money to your recipients in 1 to 2 business days after your payment. The processing time will vary depending on the delivery method and our pay-out partners' handling time.

Through the EMQ SEND App, you can make a transfer by inputting the amount you want to transfer, your preferred pay-in & delivery methods, and the recipient’s information.

Once your payment is received and verified through our system, we will place a transfer order in the recipient country to complete the remittance domestically, ensuring your hard earned money is delivered in the most secure and efficient manner.


How will you contact me?

If you are a customer of the EMQ SEND App, EMQ SEND may contact you through in-App push notifications or through SMS sent to the mobile phone number registered with your EMQ SEND account. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

If you are the recipient of a money transfer, EMQ SEND may send SMS messages to your mobile phone number provided by the sender.
